Fitch Downgrades 697.2 Million in Ameriquest RMBS Deals
In yet another round of subprime RMBS downgrades, Fitch Ratings said late yesterday that it had downgraded a total of nearly 700 million from four different Ameriquest RMBS deals. The majority of the downgrades hit a 2005 transaction, Argent Securities Inc. ARSI series 2005-W4, which saw 414.8 million from 8 classes downgraded.
